Surah 92. Al-Lail, Ayah 5

فَأَمَّا مَنْ أَعْطَىٰ وَٱتَّقَىٰQur’an Al-Lail (92:5)

Faamma man aAAta waittaqa

Thus, as for him who gives [to others] and is conscious of God,

- Mohammad Asad

So for him who gives in charity, fears Allah

- Muhammad Farooq-i-Azam Malik

As for the one who is charitable, mindful 'of Allah',

- Mustafa Khattab

As for him who giveth and is dutiful (toward Allah)

So he who gives (in charity) and fears (Allah)
