Surah 98. Al-Bayinah, Ayah 2
رَسُولٌ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ يَتْلُوا۟ صُحُفًا مُّطَهَّرَةً
Rasoolun mina All a hi yatloo s u h ufan mu t ahhara tan an apostle from God, conveying [unto them] revelations blest with purity,

that is, a Rasool of Allah reciting to them holy scriptures from purified pages

a messenger from Allah, reciting scrolls of 'utmost' purity,
