92قَالَ يَـٰهَـٰرُونُ مَا مَنَعَكَ إِذْ رَأَيْتَهُمْ ضَلُّوٓا۟
93أَلَّا تَتَّبِعَنِ ۖ أَفَعَصَيْتَ أَمْرِى
[92-93] (After rebuking the people, Moses turned to Aaron) and said,"O Aaron, what prevented you from following my way when you saw that they were going astray? What, did you disobey my command?"70
70The "command" refers to the instructions which Prophet Moses gave to his brother Aaron when he made him his deputy in his absence when he went up to Mount Tur: "After me take my place and do the right and follow not the way of the mischief-makers". (VII: 142).
