وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِى شَيْبَةَ وَزُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ جَمِيعًا عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ - قَالَ زُهَيْرٌ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ - حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ عَائِشَةَ - رضى الله عنها - بِأَىِّ شَىْءٍ طَيَّبْتِ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- عِنْدَ حِرْمِهِ قَالَتْ بِأَطْيَبِ الطِّيبِ.
Uthman bin Urwah narrated that his father said: “I asked Aishah [May Allah be pleased with her]: ‘With what did you perfume the Messenger of Allah (SAW) for his Ihram?’ she said: ‘With the best of perfume.’ ”
