It was narrated from Ata that Ibn Abbas said: “The Messenger of Allah (SAW) sent me before dawn from Jam (Al-Muzdalifah) with the luggage of the Prophet of Allah (SAW).” I (one of the narrators) said: “Have you heard about that Ibn Abbas said: ‘He sent me in the latter part of the night.’” He said: “No, it was just what I said: ‘before dawn.’” I said to him: “Ibn Abbas said: ‘We stoned the Jamrah before dawn.’ But where did he pray Fajr?” He said: “No, that’s all he told me.”
