Sahih Muslim Book - 15, Hadith - 3165
حَدَّثَنِى مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- أَفَاضَ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ ثُمَّ رَجَعَ فَصَلَّى الظُّهْرَ بِمِنًى. قَالَ نَافِعٌ فَكَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ يُفِيضُ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ ثُمَّ يَرْجِعُ فَيُصَلِّى الظُّهْرَ بِمِنًى وَيَذْكُرُ أَنَّ النَّبِىَّ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- فَعَلَهُ.
It was narrated from Ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) performed Tawaf Al-Ifadah on the Day of Sacrifice, then he went back and prayed Zuhr in Mina. Nafi said: “Ibn Umar used to perform Tawaf Al-Ifadah on the Day of Sacrifice, that he went back and prayed Zuhr in Mina, and he said that the Prophet (SAW) had done that.”
