وَحَدَّثَنِى حُمَيْدُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ - يَعْنِى ابْنَ الْحَارِثِ - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَوْنٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ انْتَهَى إِلَى الْكَعْبَةِ وَقَدْ دَخَلَهَا النَّبِىُّ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- وَبِلاَلٌ وَأُسَامَةُ وَأَجَافَ عَلَيْهِمْ عُثْمَانُ بْنُ طَلْحَةَ الْبَابَ قَالَ فَمَكَثُوا فِيهِ مَلِيًّا ثُمَّ فُتِحَ الْبَابُ فَخَرَجَ النَّبِىُّ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- وَرَقِيتُ الدَّرَجَةَ فَدَخَلْتُ الْبَيْتَ فَقُلْتُ أَيْنَ صَلَّى النَّبِىُّ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- قَالُوا هَا هُنَا. قَالَ وَنَسِيتُ أَنْ أَسْأَلَهُمْ كَمْ صَلَّى؟.
It was narrated from Abdullah bin Umar that he went to the Kabah, where the Prophet (SAW), Bilal and Usamah had entered it, and Uthman bin Talhah had closed the door on them. He said: “They stayed inside for a while, then the door was opened and the Prophet (SAW) came out. I went up the stairs and entered the House, and said: ‘Where did the Prophet (SAW) pray?’ They said: ‘Here.’ He said: ‘But I forgot to ask them how many Rakah he prayed.’”
