وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِى شَيْبَةَ وَأَبُو كُرَيْبٍ جَمِيعًا - عَنْ أَبِى مُعَاوِيَةَ قَالَ أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ - عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِى صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِى سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِىِّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- « لاَ يَحِلُّ لاِمْرَأَةٍ تُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ أَنْ تُسَافِرَ سَفَرًا يَكُونُ ثَلاَثَةَ أَيَّامٍ فَصَاعِدًا إِلاَّ وَمَعَهَا أَبُوهَا أَوِ ابْنُهَا أَوْ زَوْجُهَا أَوْ أَخُوهَا أَوْ ذُو مَحْرَمٍ مِنْهَا ».
It was narrated that Abu Sa‘eed Al-Khudri said: “The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: ‘It is not permissible for a woman who believes in Allah and the Last Day to travel a journey of three days or more, unless she has her father with her, or her son, her husband, her brother or a Mahram of hers.”’
