حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِى شَيْبَةَ وَعَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ كِلاَهُمَا عَنِ الزُّهْرِىِّ بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ نَحْوَهُ. غَيْرَ أَنَّ مَعْمَرًا وَابْنَ عُيَيْنَةَ فِى حَدِيثِهِمَا « الْوَلَدُ لِلْفِرَاشِ ». وَلَمْ يَذْكُرَا « وَلِلْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرُ ».
A similar report (as no. 3613) was narrated from Az-Zuhri with this chain, except that Ma'mar and Ibn 'Uyaynah said in their Hadith: "The child is for the (owner of the) bed," and they did not mention "and the fornicator gets the Hajar."
