حَدَّثَنِى أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلاَءِ حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ - يَعْنِى ابْنَ غِيَاثٍ - عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ بْنِ أَيْمَنَ عَنْ أَبِى بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ ذَكَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- تَزَوَّجَهَا وَذَكَرَ أَشْيَاءَ هَذَا فِيهِ قَالَ « إِنْ شِئْتِ أَنْ أُسَبِّعَ لَكِ وَأُسَبِّعَ لِنِسَائِى وَإِنْ سَبَّعْتُ لَكِ سَبَّعْتُ لِنِسَائِى ».
It was narrated from Abu Bakr bin 'Abdur-Rahman bin Al-Harith bin Hisham, from Umm Salamah. He(s.a.w) said that the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) married her, and he mentioned some things, including this: He said: "If you wish, I will stay with you (to Umm Salamah) for seven days, and then spend seven days with each of my wives, for if I spend seven days with you I will spend seven days with each of my wives."
