Sahih Muslim Book - 24, Hadith - 4203
وَحَدَّثَنِيهِ يَحْيَى بْنُ حَبِيبٍ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ - يَعْنِى ابْنَ الْحَارِثِ - حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ « مِيرَاثٌ لأَهْلِهَا ». أَوْ قَالَ « جَائِزَةٌ ».
It was narrated from Qatadah (a Hadith similar· to no. 4201) with this chain, except that he said: "part of the estate of its owner" or he said, "permissible."
