Sahih Muslim Book - 28, Hadith - 4392

وَحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِىِّ عَنْ أَبِى سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِى هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ اقْتَتَلَتِ امْرَأَتَانِ. وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ بِقِصَّتِهِ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ وَوَرَّثَهَا وَلَدَهَا وَمَنْ مَعَهُمْ. وَقَالَ فَقَالَ قَائِلٌ كَيْفَ نَعْقِلُ وَلَمْ يُسَمِّ حَمَلَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ.

It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said: "Two women fought..." and he quoted the Hadith (as no. 4390), but he did not mention: "Her children and those who were with her would inherit her estate." And he said: "Someone said: 'Why should we pay the Diyah?"' But he did not mention Hamal bin Malik by name.
