حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ وَأَبُو سَعِيدٍ الأَشَجُّ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا الأَعْمَشُ بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ. نَحْوَهُ إِلَى قَوْلِهِ فَأَمَرَ بِهِ النَّبِىُّ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- فَرُجِمَ. وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ مَا بَعْدَهُ مِنْ نُزُولِ الآيَةِ.
Al-A'mash narrated a similar Hadith (as no. 4440) with this chain, as far as the words: "Then the Prophet (s.a.w) ordered that he be stoned," and he did not mention what comes after that about the revelation of the Verse.
