Sahih Muslim Book - 4, Hadith - 875
حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الطَّاهِرِ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ عَنْ يُونُسَ ح و حَدَّثَنِي حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ أَخْبَرَنِي مَحْمُودُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا صَلَاةَ لِمَنْ لَمْ يَقْتَرِئْ بِأُمِّ الْقُرْآنِ.
It was narrated that 'Ubadah bin As-Samit said: "The Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) said: 'There is no prayer for the one who does not recite the Essence of the Our' an (Al-Fatihah)."'
