Sahih Muslim Book - 5, Hadith - 1217
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدٍ الْقَارِىُّ الْقُرَشِىُّ حَدَّثَنِى أَبُو حَازِمٍ أَنَّ رِجَالاً أَتَوْا سَهْلَ بْنَ سَعْدٍ ح قَالَ وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِى شَيْبَةَ وَزُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ وَابْنُ أَبِى عُمَرَ قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ أَبِى حَازِمٍ قَالَ أَتَوْا سَهْلَ بْنَ سَعْدٍ فَسَأَلُوهُ مِنْ أَىِّ شَىْءٍ مِنْبَرُ النَّبِىِّ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- وَسَاقُوا الْحَدِيثَ نَحْوَ حَدِيثِ ابْنِ أَبِى حَازِمٍ.
It was narrated that Abu Hazim said: "They came to Sahl bin Sa'd and asked him: 'From what was the Minbar of the Prophet (s.a.w) made?"' And they quoted a Hadith like that of Ibn Abi Hazim (no. 1216).
