وحدثنا أبو بكر بن أبى شيبة حدثنا يونس بن محمد عن حماد بن سلمة عن ثابت عن أنس أن رجلا سأل رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم- متى تقوم الساعة وعنده غلام من الأنصار يقال له محمد فقال رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم- « إن يعش هذا الغلام فعسى أن لا يدركه الهرم حتى تقوم الساعة ».
It was narrated from Anas that a man asked the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w): "When will the Hour begin?" And there was an Ansari boy there, who was called Muhammad. The Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) said: "If this boy lives, perhaps he will not grow old before the Hour comes."
