Sahih Muslim Book - 6, Hadith - 1925
وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِى شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِى وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ قَالاَ جَمِيعًا حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- « لاَ تَحَرَّوْا بِصَلاَتِكُمْ طُلُوعَ الشَّمْسِ وَلاَ غُرُوبَهَا فَإِنَّهَا تَطْلُعُ بِقَرْنَىْ شَيْطَانٍ ».
It was narrated that Ibn 'Umar said: "The Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) said: 'Do not pursue prayer when the sun is rising or when it is setting. for it rises between the horns of the Shaitan."'
