مَّآ أَشْهَدتُّهُمْ خَلْقَ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَلَا خَلْقَ أَنفُسِهِمْ وَمَا كُنتُ مُتَّخِذَ ٱلْمُضِلِّينَ عَضُدًا Qur’an Al-Kahf (18:51)

M a ashhadtuhum khalqa a l ssam a w a ti wa a lar d i wal a khalqa anfusihim wam a kuntu muttakhi th a almu d illeena AAa d ud a n

I did not make them witnesses of the creation of the heavens and the earth, nor of the creation of their own selves;⁵⁶ and neither do I [have any need to] take as My helpers those [beings] that lead [men] astray.⁵⁷
