Surah 2. Al-Baqara, Ayah 51
وَإِذْ وَٰعَدْنَا مُوسَىٰٓ أَرْبَعِينَ لَيْلَةً ثُمَّ ٱتَّخَذْتُمُ ٱلْعِجْلَ مِنۢ بَعْدِهِۦ وَأَنتُمْ ظَـٰلِمُونَ Qur’an Al-Baqara (2:51)Wai th w a AAadn a moos a arbaAAeena laylatan thumma ittakha th tumu alAAijla min baAAdihi waantum th a limoon a
and when We appointed for Moses forty nights [on Mount Sinai], and in his absence you took to worshipping the [golden] calf, and thus became evildoers:
