وَلَوْ شِئْنَا لَبَعَثْنَا فِى كُلِّ قَرْيَةٍ نَّذِيرًا Qur’an Al-Furqan (25:51)

Walaw shin a labaAAathn a fee kulli qaryatin na th eer a n

Now had We so willed, We could have [con-tinued as before and] raised up a [separate] warner in every single community:⁴⁰
