Surah 4. An-Nisaa', Ayah 143
مُّذَبْذَبِينَ بَيْنَ ذَٰلِكَ لَآ إِلَىٰ هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ وَلَآ إِلَىٰ هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ ۚ وَمَن يُضْلِلِ ٱللَّهُ فَلَن تَجِدَ لَهُۥ سَبِيلًا Qur’an An-Nisaa' (4:143)Mu th ab th abeena bayna tha lika l a il a h a ol a i wal a il a h a ol a i waman yu d lili All a hu falan tajida lahu sabeel a n
wavering between this and that, [true] neither to these nor those. But for him whom God lets go astray thou canst never find any way.

Mohammad Asad- wavering between belief and disbelief, belonging neither to this nor to that. Whom Allah let go astray, you cannot find a Way for him.
