Surah 56. Al-Waqia, Ayah 86

فَلَوْلَآ إِن كُنتُمْ غَيْرَ مَدِينِينَ

Falawl a in kuntum ghayra madeeneen a

why, then, if [you think that] you are not truly dependent [on Us],
