قَالُوا۟ يَـٰمُوسَىٰٓ إِمَّآ أَن تُلْقِىَ وَإِمَّآ أَن نَّكُونَ نَحْنُ ٱلْمُلْقِينَ
Q a loo y a moos a imm a an tulqiya waimm a an nakoona na h nu almulqeen a They said: "O Moses! Either thou shalt throw [thy staff first], or we shall [be the first to] throw."

Then they asked Musa: "Will you cast, or should we be the first ones to cast?"
