Al-Bara' said: "When the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) came from Makkah to Al-Madinah, he was pursued by Suraqah bin Malik bin Ju'sham. The Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) prayed against him and his horse sank into the sand. He said: 'Pray to Allah for me, and I will not harm you.' So he prayed to Allah. Then the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) became thirsty, and they passed by a shepherd. Abu Bakr As-Siddiq said: 'I took a vessel and milked a small amount of milk into it for the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w), and I brought it to him and he drank until I was happy."'
