Are they, then, not aware that it is for them that We have created, among all the things which Our hands have wrought,41 the domestic animals of which they are [now] masters?
  - Mohammad Asad

I.e., "which We alone have or could have created" (Zamakhshari and Razl). The above metaphorical expression is based on the concept of "handiwork" in its widest sense, abstract as well as concrete.

Do they not see that among the other things which Our hands have fashioned, We have created cattle which are under their domination?
  - Muhammad Farooq-i-Azam Malik
Do they not see that We singlehandedly1 created for them, among other things, cattle which are under their control?
  - Mustafa Khattab

lit., ‘what Our Own Hands have created.’

Have they not seen how We have created for them of Our handiwork the cattle, so that they are their owners,
  - Marmaduke Pickthall
See they not that it is We Who have created for them among the things which Our hands have fashioned cattle which are under their dominion? 4018
  - Abdullah Yusuf Ali

If they are blind to other Signs of Allah, they can at least see the simple homely things of life in which they receive so many benefits from Allah's mercy. How is it that wild animals can be domesticated, and in domestication can be so useful to man? Man can use them for riding or for drought; he can use their flesh for food and drink their milk; he can use their hair or wool. Cf. xvi. 66, 80: and xxiii. 21-22.
