Surah 85. Al-Buruj, Ayah 9

ٱلَّذِى لَهُۥ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ شَهِيدٌ Qur’an Al-Buruj (85:9)

Alla th ee lahu mulku a l ssam a w a ti wa a lar d i wa A ll a hu AAal a kulli shayin shaheed un

[and] to whom the dominion of the heavens and the earth belongs. But God is witness unto everything!
