Use the Social Media; Stop Misuse

Social media is a paradise and it can take anyone to a scene of paradise. If I put something interesting on social networking site, even if my account is unknown, it reaches the whole world. If it’s a good item, it will revolve the universe and at the same time, if it’s bad, you are multiplying your sins. Mufti Menk reminds us about the usage and bad usage of social networking sites and applications. Now a days there are a number of platforms available for chatting and communication. Whether it’s Viber, Whatsapp, Facebook, Telegram or whatever, we have to keep a good deal in communication. In the current scenario of information super highway, it’s very easy to dig up your chat or communication history. Whenever you use your mobile or other social accounts, use it for a drop of goodness, use it for making a good friendship and use it for a moral cherishing activity. Then only the almighty, Allah can take care of you and to lead you to a powerful future.

Choose A Faithful Spouse

Remember Allah and Wash away your Depression

Depression usually comes from being far from Allah. We need remembrance of Allah. Our body consists of flesh, bone, muscle and blood. Our body has two parts. Those are physical sense and spiritual sense. For physical sense, it needs exercise, good heart, good food and nutrition. But what does the soul needs. Soul needs Allah. And when that soul taken away from Allah, it never remember Allah. It never is in a good environment. It becomes depressed and lonely. It yearns for Allah and it yearns for its creator. For this we needs in good environment and we needs to be around good people. Good people will remember Allah always. People who pray and people who have genuine fear of Allah are good people. So be in a circle of good people always and remember Allah, the creator.

Listening to Quran While Doing Other Activities.

It is allowed to listen to the Quran on radio or television, mp3 at your convenient times. Allah said that whenever the Quran is recited, you must listen to it attentively and be silent so that He may have mercy upon you (Quran, Al-A'raf, 7:204). You can listen to it while you are driving or working in the kitchen and so on. It is neither encouraging nor respectful to the Quran, to say like which verse is this, which Surah is this, what is he saying etc. while listening to the Quran. Every Muslim should learn and listen to Quran with devotion and love to receive the pleasure of Allah, the Exalted.
