Surah 77. Al-Mursalat, Ayah 48
وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمُ ٱرْكَعُوا۟ لَا يَرْكَعُونَ
Wai tha qeela lahumu irkaAAoo l a yarkaAAoon a and when they are told, "Bow down [before God]", do not bow down:
- Mohammad Asad
When they are asked to bow down before Allah, they do not bow down.
- Muhammad Farooq-i-Azam Malik
When it is said to them, 'Bow down 'before Allah,' they do not bow.
- Mustafa Khattab
When it is said unto them: Bow down, they bow not down!
- Marmaduke Pickthall
And when it is said to them "Prostrate yourselves!" They do not so. 5887
