Surah 7. Al-A'raf, Ayah 174
وَكَذَٰلِكَ نُفَصِّلُ ٱلْـَٔايَـٰتِ وَلَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُونَ
Waka tha lika nufa ss ilu al a y a ti walaAAallahum yarjiAAoon a And thus clearly do We spell out these messages; and [We do it] so that they [who have sinned] might return [unto Us].

Thus do We spell out Our revelations so that you might return to the Right Way.
